It was a perfect stay - the room was spacious, the view was beautiful, the personnel was very kind. The food in the restaurant Cheval Blanc (3 Micheline stars) in the hotel was extraordinary, absolutely amazing. The bar and the brasserie were also fantastic.

Just a min walk from station. We got a free upgrade to high floor with a panoramic view of the city. Spacious room with floor-to-ceiling window. Special remark to the automatic curtain which avoid the direct sunlight exposure when we wake up around noon. Exceptional and attentive services. Frontline staffs serve us chocolate and drinks when we do the check out!

The staff was so friendly, the room was incredibly clean and the location was perfect. 2 mins away from 2 tram stations, 10 mins by tram from the train station. The room had everything you need inside, the cleaning was done daily and the atmosphere was very cozy and nice. We even got un upgrade to a bigger room. I would definitely return anytime I visit Basel.
