Bedroom and Public space are clean and cozy. (Bedroom locker without lock.) Kitchen has trays and lockers to keep your food. (By the way, the microwave door will locked after used, need to push unlock button next to start button to open it.) Free car parking, bus stations and some restaurant and cafe are close by. Walk around 15 mins to town. Overall, recommend.

When traveling on a motorbike it was very nice to arrive at a perfect space and the staff very helpful.

The lobby area is a fantastic place to hang out and meet with a friend. The Charcut restaurant off the lobby is also fantastic. They have great pizza, pasta and meat (they are butchers) and can make anything gluten free. I LOVED the room. this is the second time I have stayed here and would live here if I could. The ceilings are high, the decor is fabulous, they have blackout blinds, the bathtub is big and deep, the bathroom is huge, the bed is really comfortable, the desk chair is adjustable in height, there is a Nespresso machine and so on... Location is excellent. Lots of restaurants nearby and a grocery store across the street. Also, a section of the main floor has an area you can eat your takeout if you prefer that to eating in your room.

From check in to check out was very smooth. The day was very enjoyable and comfortable. I Mostly like the kindness of the staff, the decoration of the rooms and the prompt response for any request. Peaks Hotel and Suites se nachází v destinaci Banff v regionu Alberta. Jen 2 km odtud je Cave and Basin National Historic Site. Great location in Banff, a little of the main busy area but very central. Was walking distance to Banff Springs hotel where we were attending a wedding. Big, comfortable and clean room. Easy paid parking under the hotel. Was quite pricey, but then everywhere is expensive in Banff in August!!

Loved the layout of the room. It was perfect for our family. It was centrally located - nearby supermarket and great restaurants. Breakfast was also so convenient and delicious.
