The staff were all very friendly and at dinner we had a lovely meal. I had the steak and my dad had the lamb tagine, both delicious and great quality and price for the pound conversion! We realised we had made an error with our second hotel and our overnight Mokoro trip and Mbaya, one of the Sedia staff, helped us get in contact with The Waterfront and organise our 3 day stay to accommodate our overnight Delta camping trip. He also organised us a pack breakfast as we were leaving early the next morning for our day out game drive into Moremi Park. The rooms were lovely and we enjoyed a relaxing swim in the pool. Sedia also allowed us to leave our suitcases with them when we went out to the park. They were also great with the airport pickup which we hadn't originally booked but managed to organise via another transport company at the airport who kindly called Sedia to inform them we wanted a pick up, they were there in 15 mins to pick us up. Would definitely recommend and it is so convenient to have a restaurant at the hotel for dinners, instead of taxis to restaurants. Thank you.

Taxis were organised for us and very reliable. Staff were amazing, we had an issue with our trip to the okovango delta and the staff helped us rebook with another company last minute! Would definitely stay again!

Set on the banks of the Thamalakane River, Maun Lodge offers accommodation with an on-site restaurant. This property offers free WiFi and free airport shuttles. The Breakfast as well the dinner at the BOMA restaurant was very good . We were tired souls having driven a long distance on off roads from The Third Bridge Camp . We were 3 couples and booked at the riverside chalets , the reception was very kind to give us adjoining chalets and also parking with our chalets . The breakfast spread was large and sumptuous , i especially liked the cleanliness as well as the spread . The dinner menu at the Boma was amazing and we had been given a nice table outdoors with some music . Definitely recommend this as the place to stay in Maun , since its close to supermarkets and gas stations and ready to stock up on supplies for your camping trips .

Spacious room with a warm shower, fridge, AC and comfy bed! The owner was very friendly as was all the staff. The food in the restaurant is delicious and fairly priced. It is easy to take a taxi on the side of the road from the hotel to anywhere in Maun if you don’t have your own vehicle. Highly recommend staying here.

It is a very, very beautiful tented room. It is very spacious and comfortable, and the outside shower is really cool. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. We would 100% stay there again.

This was the 5th hotel we stayed in due our 3 week holiday and by far the best. The setting of the hotel is awesome and very well maintanined. The food and service was second to none, the staff were all very good. Every night there was different people arriving at the hotel which kept the evenings fresh with others holiday stories. Thanks to everyone that works in the Thamalakane River Lodge.
