Property was well maintained & had a nice onsite restaurant with food that was lovely. Prices were a bit steep considering the location, but the food was nice. Staff were lovely & welcoming & the breakfast (hot & cold) were both excellent.

Friendly welcome on arrival. This was our 3rd stay here. Location is ideal for local bars and restaurants. Weather was great which was a bonus. The room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities included. Excellent value for money. Will definitely be back.

You need to book well in advance if you want to watch the Black Cats at the stadium of light! There is a nice railway connection to nearby Seaham if you want to visit. You can walk along the Wear through a sculpture park and the city centre is excellent for cheap food and drink.

Sunderland is a lovely city with lots of things to see and do. The coast here is beautiful with interesting beaches and walks. The people we spoke to were welcoming and friendly everywhere we went. The facilities and the features in the rooms are excellent. From the refrigerator ( called cooler), the many wall plugs and USB plugs were active. They were all working.
