The staffs were very accommodating and welcoming. The service was top-notch. Location a bit further than the town but is still consider closed. Partial view of Fuji was amazing. He was very kind to us. He explained to us many interesting things and gave us a ride in his car on the day we left. He showed us some pretty good spots to take a picture with the Sakura trees and Mount Fuji. The whole stay there was one not to forget. Absolutely recommend staying there!

Amazing view and very relax stay there

Located in the historical Shibu Onsen district, 渋温泉小石屋旅館 offers both private and dormitory-style guest rooms as well as an on-site restaurant where local dishes, wines and craft beers are available. The staff was so friendly, and the hotel has a great vibe. The building and facilities may be old, but that's really part of its charm. We would come back again for sure.

Breakfast was simple but absolutely delicious. Staff were friendly and even offered us snow shoes and kids toys to play in the snow The onsen experience was unique, bare in mind the onsen between male and female switches daily Staff also made the effort to cater our dinner last minute as it was snowing heavily outside
